New release! Version 1.0.4 of Kansolo

I have some exciting news about Kansolo. After getting some feedback from interested people and customers, I have decided to change the business model from upfront payment to freemium.

This means that you can now download and use Kansolo for free, but in a limited version. All the features are available in the free version, but you can only create 2 boards at the same time.

If you need more than 2 boards, you can choose between an affordable monthly or annual subscription. And if you are a real fan and supporter, you can buy the Kansolo Pro Lifetime version. All future updates are included.

That is the biggest change.

Bug fixes

Here is a small list of the bugs that I fixed:

• Fix: remove flickering when moving cards between columns
• Fix: selected favourite board looses its assigned labels
• Fix: when favourite board is selected, the inspector disappears
• Fix: update last modification on board, column and card change
• Fix: move to latest card in column after creating a new one
• Fix: adding a new board after switching from favourite to folder
• Fix: open inspector is not closable on back chevron click
• Fix: folder board list is not updated after deleting a board
• Fix: occasional crash when multiple files are uploaded to a card
• Fix: column header shows wrong card count when filter is active

New features

It took a while but I also added some other requested features in this release.

All data syncs with iCloud and attachments are now stored in the iCloud document container. You can drag and drop boards to another folder and columns with their entire card list to another board. Simply open a second board in a new window and drag and drop the column into the other window. Simple as that.

When moving a card between columns, you will now see a small transparency indicator when you hover over the card location you want to drop.

Kansolo has a settings menu where you can easily switch between light and dark mode. It also shows the status of your licence.
